Milwaukee Brewery Cellar Operators! NO WEEKEND WORK

LAKEFRONT BREWERY has 2 openings for Cellar Operators. These people are responsible for performing cellar tasks that contribute to the quality of our beer and efficiency of the cellar. Duties include tank cleaning, yeast management, dry hopping and cask cleaning. 

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to work hard with a team, take on new responsibilities and share a passion for the beer we create and the craftsmanship behind it.

The ideal candidate is interested in all facets of beer production and has an eagerness to learn and continue learning. A brewing specific education (Siebel, UC Davis, …) or professional brewing experience is a plus but not required.

2nd shift is M-Thu 1pm-11pm  $1.50/hr shift premium

3rd shift is M-Thu 9pm-7am $3/hr shift premium

Considering Rotating between shifts every two months.
