Migration Brewing is looking for an experienced, hospitality driven Location Lead for our Gresham Brew Pub!

This a very important, customer-facing role that functions similarly to a traditional "MOD." The right candidate is someone who is able to build and nurture strong bonds amongst our staff, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our FOH/BOH teams to ensure they excel during service. The Location Lead's main focus is on the guest experience at the pub and requires very little paper work. This role reports directly to our District Manager whom they will work with to provide support on all employee relations and maintenance projects. The Location Lead will act as the "day of" contact for all scheduled events in coordination with our Director of Pubs.

Additionally, this role works with FOH/BOH Supervisors and the Kitchen Lead to train new and existing employees on policies, procedures, sales techniques and safety responsibilities. They proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, deal with any customer complaints, conduct a full inventory on the 1st day of each period and do weekly runs to the Chef Store, bank and liquor store as needed.

*This role requires a reliable vehicle. Mileage for company errands are reimbursed. 

• $30/hour+ with Tips. (Base Wage: $20-22 DOE + $10-12/hr tips)
