Maintenance Technician
The Task At Hand:
The Maintenance Technician reports to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager to support the brewing facility and packaging operations.

You are a skilled technician with detailed knowledge and experience with packaging equipment, pumps, utility equipment, liquid heating, and cooling systems, and safety protocols.
In This Role You Will:
Facilities
- Perform Scheduled Maintenance on facility utilities
- Maintain and Repair Cellar and Brewhouse Equipment
- Perform new equipment installation and commissioning
- Identify and implement improved plant efficiencies
- Perform Packaging Equipment Changeover
- Troubleshoot and correct depalletizer, filler, seamer, cartoner, tray packer, palletizer and associated packaging equipment
- Maintain and repair keg washers and fillers
- Perform preventative maintenance to all equipment
- Report any possible deficiencies related to equipment or processes
- Perform yearly overhauls on packaging equipment
- Assist in training existing and new Maintenance Apprentice team members
- Work with packaging personnel to improve equipment efficiencies
- Additional duties as assigned by Facilities & Maintenance leadership team
Must Haves:
- Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application
- Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience in beverage manufacturing or similar industry
- Safety Minded and previous OSHA compliant or similar safety training
- Expert level experience with standard and powered handheld tools and equipment
- Expert level experience with shop equipment including drill press, belt sander, lathe, and saws
- Strong experience with electrical safety and wiring
- Strong experience with mechanical repair
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to maneuver and/or lift up to 100 pounds with appropriate equipment and/or assistance
- Able to stand, walk, regularly twist, turn, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, crawl, and be on your feet for prolonged periods
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, growing company
Compensation:
- Full Time, Salaried ($65,000.00 - 70,000.00), Exempt
