Barrel of Monks is seeking a full time employee to work as a cellar person. The job will involve (but not limited to): kegging beer, transferring beer, cleaning kegs, cleaning tanks and brewhouse, cleaning the brewery, and assisting with brewing and bottling/canning beer. This is a physical job that requires regular lifting of 55 lb bags of grain, and moving kegs of beer around. It is hot work, the brewery is not air conditioned. Operating of heavy equipment (fork lift and pallet jacks) is routine. In return for a starting salary and hard work, you will learn the ins and outs of operating a commercial brewery. If you show interest and aptitude, we will train you to brew beer on a commercial system and operate a complex bottling line. The ideal candidate for us is one that is enthusiastic about craft beer, preferably someone who has home brewed and wants to learn the business for a career in craft brewing.

Must live locally (within 30 minute of Boca Raton). Benefits include 2 weeks vacation per year and 1/2 health insurance costs.
