The Oswego Brewing Co. Brand Ambassador is passionate about craft beer and building relationships. Ideal individuals seek out new opportunities to share Oswego Brewing Co.’s beer and offer support to all our customers. The Brand Ambassador is highly organized, taking detailed notes for each account, maintaining an outside event/marketing calendar, and keeping track of our evolving line-up of beers. This individual has excellent communication skills, is positive, task-oriented, comfortable, and energized in social environments. The Brand Ambassador reports to the brewery and ownership on their daily activities, sales volumes, maintaining open communication with ownership on accounts visited, and representing our brand during sales calls and marketing events.

Responsibilities:

Develops and maintains relationships within the craft and alcohol industry

Seeks new opportunities for partnerships and promotions of Oswego Brewing Co.

Builds and maintains relationships with each account

Delivers product to client accounts ensuring all product delivery is timely.

Develop routes for visiting new and existing accounts on a regular basis.

Records detailed notes for each visit and client account preferences and reports to brewery operations/ownership.

Reports daily activities and marketing events to brewery ownership.

Create and staff outside marketing events around the Chicagoland area.

Maintains in-depth knowledge of Oswego Brewing Co. beers and the brewing process.

Present a professional demeanor and strong customer service approach.

Qualifications and Skills:

Sales experience required.

Associate's Degree.

Must have a valid state driver's license and vehicle to transport large items.

Must be able to lift and carry kegs and cases regularly.

Ability to speak to a wide-ranging audience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent record-keeping skills must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Must be detail focused.

Creative thinker and able to think and implement on the fly.

Compensation: This will be a full-time hourly position. The Brand Ambassador will have the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses based on achieving quarterly sales targets.
