What You'll Do:

The LA Senior Territory Manager is a savvy, experienced Territory Manager with additional responsibilities in building the Boochcraft brand within a larger geography. The LA Senior Territory Manager’s tasks include overseeing a portfolio of distributors, potential in mentoring a small team, managing regional chains, cross-departmental projects, forecasting, pre-orders and presentations to upper management. This role is for the entrepreneurial salesperson who has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, an aptitude for organization, and a desire to build a career with Boochcraft.

  • Be an outstanding brand ambassador for Boochcraft in the market.
  • Lead presentations with distributor management on a monthly cadence to review performance against goals, secure brand focus.
  • Host general sales meetings at distributors.
  • Potential to train, mentor and manage a small team of Territory Managers, Field Merchandisers and Brand Ambassadors
  • Collaborate with marketing team on calendaring and staffing regional events and demos
  • Regularly analyze VIP sales reports and monitor trends, track lost/gained placements, and identify and capture opportunities.
  • Send regular recaps to distributor management to follow through on new business and placements. 
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and set a high bar for excellence within the organization.
  • Be an expert on Boochcraft products, processes, and technology.
  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with our top accounts in the territory, both on and off premise—advise, support, and educate retailers to increase brand awareness and loyalty. 
  • Manage select local/ regional chains in collaboration with National Accounts Director
  • Ensure account info, buyer data, and visit activity is up to date in CRM. 
  • Submit new item submissions, manage product inventory, and ensure on-time submission of purchase orders.
  • Track and evaluate performance against quarterly goals.
  • Optimization of sales visits and scheduling accountability for self and team.

Other Duties:

  • Accurately track and submit all territory expenses on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Production
  • Join regular sales manager meetings to collaborate on issues and relay feedback to field
  • Other relevant duties as assigned by your manager

What You'll Need:

  • 3 years+ in Relevant Sales role
  • Strong computer skills, inc. MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Clean driving record with a current and Valid Driver’s License
  • Must be able to perform physical activities which include but are not limited to lifting, bending over, kneeling, twisting, climbing on ladders, stooping, crouching, and routinely lifting up to 50 lbs. and occasionally more. A candidate may be required to stand/sit for various hours at a time

The Nitty Gritty:

  • Reports to: California Sales Director
  • Direct Reports: Depending on Territory
  • Location: Work from home & road
  • Status: Full-time, exempt
  • Salary: $70,000 plus commission based on sales performance 
  • Travel: Regular travel within the territory with some overnights required  
  • Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday, but must be willing to work nights/weekends
