G4 Kegs is looking for a talented and competitive Outside Sales Representative (AKA “Keg Consultant”) who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. The Outside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue goals. A successful Outside Sales Representative must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest in G4 Kegs, qualifying prospects, attending trade shows, conducting market visits, and closing sales.


QUALIFICATIONS

At G4 Kegs, we equally weigh a person’s core values and personality with their direct experience and track record of success. That said, our ideal Outside Sales Rep has the following capabilities and skills:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding goals
  • Experience with cold calling both on the phone and in-person market visits
  • Experience working with Odoo or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Detail oriented and listens closely to customers and coworkers to uncover needs and expectations
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of demonstrated sales experience, B2B in the beverage alcohol space preferred
  • Have a valid U.S. driver’s license, and be able to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Must reside in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote, fulfill, and live the mission and values of G4 Kegs
  • Respond to all incoming leads in territory in a timely manner
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Identify opportunities for growth within assigned territory, and build and execute a strategic plan to grow sales within your territory
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Manage a large portfolio of accounts
  • Develop positive relationships with clients to build raving fans
  • Engage existing and potential clients at local trade shows, guild events, and in-market travel
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Work as a team to assist other Outside Sales Representatives
  • Use Odoo (G4 Kegs’ CRM) to accurately track leads and manage accounts
  • Provide detailed and accurate information upon close of sale for other internal departments to process and fulfill orders
