ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring the safety and comfort of guests
• Glass washing and bussing tables
• Ability to lift/maneuver kegs
• Engage customers positively and consistently exceed customer expectations; excellent customer service required.
• Maintain a clean and orderly taproom
• Accurately check IDs 
• Exhibit a sense of urgency
• Ability to multitask
• Afternoon, evening, and some weekend availability required
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (around 2-3 hours)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
• Ability to crouch, kneel, and bend periodically
• Perform repetitive motions of the hands and/or wrists frequently, including, but not limited to grasping, pulling, and reaching

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent customer service required
• Experience with and enthusiasm for beer experiences
• Previous service industry a plus
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with a smile
• Able to meet physical demands (see below)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Competitive pay between $15-$17/hour

• Part Time hours per week depending on business needs
