Sales Rep / Distro - Ventura County, CA

Pedals & Pints is now entering the distribution game. Coming up on our three-year anniversary, that puts us at 1.5 years operating during COVID, and 1.5 years in "normal" operation. A 10bbl brewhouse runs the show, along with a decent sized kitchen to keep everyone happy. A very laid back, non-cooperate atmosphere makes it an amazing place to work.

We're looking for that exceptional team member to move us out into the field and share our libations with the world, or at least the rest of Ventura County to start. The perfect player will:

Manage themselves as well as work with owner and brewer to come up with a plan to saturate the market.  

Have a passion for the craft beer scene and be able to speak intelligently about different styles, our products as well as competing brands, rotating specials, future releases, and flavor profiles. 

Have at a minimum, two years craft beer sales experience in the Ventura / LA market. 

Be experienced with and be able to trouble shoot various draft systems as well as be able to quickly and efficiently clean lines. 

Already have positive relationships with potential customers and industry peers in the market. 

Pour at off-site events and festivals – be our brand ambassador at all times.  

Be able to work with flexibility – nights and weekends may be required. 

Be able to effectively move ½ and 1/6 barrels on a regular basis. 

Have a clean driving record and own a vehicle to make face to face sales calls. Vehicle must be able to deliver multiple 1/6 barrels and cases of cans.

Compensation:

Part-time $20 per hour

Full-time / depends on what you bring to the table.
