SanTan Brewing Company is looking for a Dish Machine Operator (DMO) to join our team in Chandler, AZ.

Located in the Phoenix metro’s East Valley, SanTan was founded in 2007 in downtown Chandler, where we continue to operate a 15-bbl brewery & restaurant in our original location. In 2013, we added a production facility with a 50-bbl brewhouse, where we package beer in both cans and draft. SanTan branched out into distilled spirits in 2017 and is now Arizona’s largest distillery in addition to our brewery.

The DMO will report to the Kitchen Management Team and Restaurant Operation Manager while joining a team of 100+ production and restaurant staff.  

This position does comply with the Arizona Minimum Wage Tip Credit in accordance with AZ Statute 23-363(C): Industrial Commission of Arizona and tips weekly with hourly wage payouts bi-weekly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Passionate about craft beer always a plus!
• Operate cleaning equipment, dish washing machine and glassware trays.
• Perform chemical checks on dish detergents, sanitizers and various cleaning chemicals safely.
• Troubleshoot problems within the department and notify management of possible solutions.
• Understand and adhere to company safety standards.
• Clean, sanitize and maintain flatware, dishes, glasses and cleaning equipment and work areas.
• Functions well as a member of a team.
