The Packaging Team Associate is an entry level position reporting directly to the Packaging Manager. Packaging Team Associates work with a team of Line Operators and other Packaging Team Associates to successfully complete each day’s production requirements. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to follow detailed instructions, move up to 75 lbs, and work on their feet for 8+ hours.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare packaging materials and assist with daily packaging operations
• Work under pressure and at a fast pace
• Safely handle chemical and sanitation products
• Operate powered industrial vehicles
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning
• Other miscellaneous duties

• Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a positive attitude
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Availability for long and/or flexible hours
• Forklift certification and/or experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
• Dependable, reliable transportation
