Revenue Growth Manager
SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to proactively and collaboratively work across the Company to determine strategies that can effectively be used as a lever to grow revenue and improve profit for the organization with accountability for development and implementation.
High focus on brand portfolio pricing, pack price architecture, active mix management, promotion management, and trade terms management. This position will coordinate internally with sales, marketing, and finance to ensure the Company has the best-in-class strategy for sales fundamentals.

- Developing and delivering RGM strategy and framework.
- Focus on price & pack architecture, promotions, trade terms, mix criteria and trade relations model, and other custom analytics.
- Manage quality and delivery of price and promotion models - Communicate KPI and scorecards for trade effectiveness and efficiency while demonstrating the ability to balance pricing and trade investment to optimize sales and ROI. Examine the impact of competitive trends and overall macro-economic trends on price and promotions.
- Leadership of the RGM function with the customer and commercial teams, including integration in modeling and optimizing trade plans and opportunity to be customer-facing to support Sales Account Teams
- Development and delivery of RGM training to enhance knowledge and usage of RGM tools and concepts across the organization.
- Strong partnership across Sales, finance, and marketing to truly integrate RGM integrated decisions and plans.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in revenue growth management
- Direct sales experience with regional and national retailers and wholesaler
- Experience in the Consumer Products Goods industry, beer industry experienced is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in customer marketing or sales strategy.
- Strong technology skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced technical ability in IRI
- Demonstrated financial aptitude, judgment expertise, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent people, leadership, and team interaction skills to allow for maximum influence on key stakeholders.
