TRB Food Hall & Bar: Front of House
Position Overview:
A Two Roads Brewing Food Hall & Bar Front of House Team Member will provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. Each front of house staff member has a primary objective to show our guests such a marvelous time they will want to return again and again.
Working Relationships:
Reporting to the Food Hall Leader, the FOH Team Member works alongside the BOH, FOH and TRB Campus Team to provide friendly and prompt service and beverages to guests within the TRB Food Hall. This individual is dependable and hardworking, has strong attention to detail and can execute beverages and elevated hospitality while supporting guests with recommendations and assistance ordering.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Champions the brand's vision and values and contribute to a culture of positivity and high standards
- Welcome and greet guests entering the venue and offering assistance whenever possible
- Executes beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
- Assists guests with recommendations and kiosk ordering
- Answer questions about our food, beverages, and other food hall functions and services
- Create an environment that is warm, welcoming and filled with positivity for guests and employees
- Uphold our standards at all times and treat everyone with courtesy and respect
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of menu items
- Be courteous and polite during all guest interactions
- Work with a sense of urgency
- Focus on the cleanliness and sanitation of work spaces throughout the day
- Ability to remain organized at all times in a fast paced environment
- Follow safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe environment
- Understand the meaning of guest satisfaction
- Perform assigned side work

- Fully understand and embody TRB’s can-do attitude, demonstrating a level of passion and dedication where no task is beneath you
- Good knowledge of food and beverage items
- Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual
- Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional guest service
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours up/down stairs; bend, push, pull; lift up to 50 lbs
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented and impeccably organized
- Flexible hours are required (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- High school diploma or GED required
- TIPs certified or willing to be TIPs certified (provided by TRB)
