The Busser is a support-level position that always focuses on bussing, cleaning, and sanitizing throughout the restaurant.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specifically, the responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following activities:
Bus tables and provide requested items to patrons. Clean and reset tables so that they can quickly be reseated Communicate to your team members which tables are ready and available. Follow all safety and sanitation precautions while bussing and setting tables Complete normal and additional cleaning and sanitation as required Maintain clean and stocked restrooms Maintain floors in all areas swept and free of debris Report a guest’s opinion and/or concern to the manager. Alert a manager if there are any problems. Be dressed properly, organized, and ready to clock in on time Always be positive and proactive with the guests and co-workers. Work as a team with other staff to ensure a smooth and successful working environment Treat every guest as your own. Always help anyone on staff Other related duties as assigned
