The Master Seltzer Brewer is responsible for the production of all seltzers at the brewery. This includes developing new recipes, overseeing the brewing process, and ensuring the quality of the finished product. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brewing science and a passion for creating delicious seltzers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop new seltzer recipes and test them for taste, consistency, and quality.
• Oversee the brewing process from start to finish, ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met.
• Monitor the quality of the finished product and make adjustments as needed.
• Train and mentor other brewers.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in seltzer brewing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in brewing science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in brewing, preferably in a seltzer brewery.
• Strong understanding of brewing science and principles.
