Tap Room Manager
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Manager that can take our young business to the next level. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in the restaurant industry, a passion for high quality food, Great customer service, and strong leadership skills. This position will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing the staff, and meeting sales and labor rate goals.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting, Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff
- Ensuring incoming staff complies with policies and procedures
- Manage weekly inventory and order placement
- Keep up with prices changes, and update the cost sheet, and manage all claims
- Keeping the facility clean and organized.
- Always thinking of ways to improve our customer service
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area
- Manage labor rates and sales goals
