PAY RATE: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour + quarterly bonus potential

SHIFT: Monday – Thursday

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Must maintain a Safe work environment
• Leading, planning, and prioritizing shifts daily tasks
• Ability to perform all aspects of the department (Brewhouse, cellar, filtration, blending)
• Cover shift when others are on during vacation and sick days
• Troubleshoot issues during operation
• Processing shifts Obeer and overseeing data records
• Inventory
• Silo Management (Relaying information to head brewer about spent yeast/spent grain pickups and silo grain deliveries)
• Leading efficiency projects
• Leading cross training and new employee training
• Assisting in VPO practices (5S, KPI/PI tracking, etc.)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two years of brewing experience as assistant brewer or brewer preferred   
• Professional brewing certificate preferred.
• Must be 21-years of age.
• Involves frequent walking lifting, and carrying objects weighing 55lbs routinely
• Frequent use of latches, hand tools, clamps, hoses, etc., requiring manipulative skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Regular contact with production employees and management
• General knowledge of practices, methods, tools, and equipment used in production and pub-style brewing.
• General knowledge of occupational hazards and necessary safety precautions associated with work.
• Ability to interpret technical bulletins and schematics on equipment related to work.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
