The Events Manager position is a new opportunity at the Brewery that for the first time will enable various groups in the community to rent our beautiful space for custom, private events. This will be a collaborative, cross-functional role, responsible for working closely within the Tasting Room department and other internal departments as well as externally with vendors, contacts, for-profits, non-profits, governmental organizations, and others.   This position will provide input around the types of events the brewery will host, as well as with the processes and the execution of such events to maximize both guest experience and profitability with this new revenue stream.  Ideal candidates will have several years of experience networking in the local community and also with event management.  Demonstrated skills in full cycle event planning; building and nurturing relationships are necessary. Communication (both written and verbal) and organizational skills are essential for this role.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and detail-oriented professional to showcase their skills in event planning and management within the vibrant and growing craft beer industry. 

This is a salaried, full-time or modified full-time position with excellent benefits including 100% paid premiums for employee health, dental, life and disability benefits, generous paid time off, paid volunteer time, up to $5,250 annually for continuing education, fitness reimbursements, and 401(k) with employer match.
