Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of brewing equipment and work area

- Collaborate with team members to develop new beer recipes and flavors
- Assist in packaging and labeling of finished products
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any supply needs
Experience:
- Previous experience brewing beer in a production environment
- Knowledge of brewing techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet production deadlines
