LazyG Brewhouse is a privately owned 10BBL brewpub located in historic downtown Prescott, Arizona. The 5000-sf brewery & restaurant has been voted Best Brewery and Best Prescott Restaurant the last 4 and 3 years respectively. LazyG Brewhouse is seeking a passionate, positive, technically sound, quality focused Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations. A qualified candidate must have Kitchen Manager or Head Chef experience, and have demonstrated the ability managing a high-volume, fast-paced operation.
The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of culinary & kitchen operations, to include but not limited to food production, administrative work, and management of kitchen staff. Duties will include food ordering and handling, inventory controls, cost management, cooking, quality control, recordkeeping, equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitation.
The Kitchen Manager position is a key member of the LazyG Brewhouse Management Team, reporting directly to the Owner of the brewpub. The Kitchen Manager will be integral to the continued and future success of the brewpub. This is an excellent opportunity to grow what has already been established, and work in a collaborative environment to shape the future of the LazyG Brewhouse.

An ideal candidate is a person who is outgoing, quality driven, safe-minded, hard-working, self-motivated and leads with integrity. This will be a public position; meaning the Kitchen Manager will have interactions with guests and shall be able convey their passion to the public in promoting craft food & beer and LazyG Brewhouse.
