The Tank Brewing Company is looking for a Front of the House Manager to lead our team. The FOH Manager oversees the general operation of the Taproom, including but not limited to, financial performance, guest satisfaction, event coordination and staff development. FOH Manager - Manages all front-of-house operations and activities for the taproom and restaurant. Ensures team leaders and supervisors coordinate staff (hosts, cashiers, wait-staff, servers, bussers, etc.) to ensure the delivery of guest services. Oversees the cleanliness of dining and guest areas. Supervises shifts and ensures services meets restaurant standards, Enforce and monitor all restaurant health, food safety and sanitation standards. Coordinate and oversee the implementation of policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and training programs. Prepares and reviews schedules, duties and shift coverage. Compiles sales, inventory and personnel reports. May require a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus typically a minimum of 5 years’ experience in restaurant management. This person must have excellent people skills, organizational skills, employee motivation and problem solving. The FOH Manager will need to represent The Tank Brewing brands with knowledge and passion.
