Prison City Brewing is located in Auburn, NY in the Finger Lakes NY - between Syracuse, Ithaca, Rochester.

We launched our brewpub in 2014 with a 5bbl system & in 2020 opened a second location one mile away with a 20bbl brewhouse & taproom. We are looking to add someone to our brewing team to support the increasing demand for our award winning beers and to help us develop new brands & other beverages.
