We are San Francisco’s first and only gluten-free brewery and taproom, launched in 2021. Our mission is to bring award-winning, gluten-free craft beer to everyone, regardless of dietary restrictions. We specialize in brewing with ancient grains that are naturally 100% gluten-free and Celiac-safe. Otherwise is proudly woman, Latina, and immigrant-owned, and we distribute our beers across Northern California.
