Fortnight is a an 8-year-old, 4-vessel, 30 barrel brewhouse. We make modern American style beers, and European classics. We have two taprooms on site and a third satellite location.
You will be responsible for doing and/or overseeing, but not limited to the following:
Plan, operate and oversee on-site brewing operations.
Direct assistant brewer.
Yeast management, troubleshooting, monitoring for mechanical repairs and maintenance, and maintaining CIP/SIP records.
Track and maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, packaging materials and supplies.
Perform basic lab procedures.
Develop new recipes and see them through from concept to final production.
Maintain facility cleanliness.
Perform all brewing operations on our 30 bbl brewhouse
Packaging cans and kegs,
Keep required records, use EKOS software.

Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 3 years experience in professional beer production.
